The Second Woman, housed at The Young Vic theatre, was a cultural moment which will not soon be forgotten. Truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience as actress Ruth Wilson took to the stage and repeated the same scene, 100 times, with 100 different scene partners over 24 hours.

The Second Woman received 5-star reviews from The Guardian, The Telegraph, The Stage, as well as being named the best theatre show of 2023 by The Guardian.

There is a behind-the-scenes documentary coming from Fremantle Media in 2025.

Cuckoo was the opening event for LIFT’s new two-year programme LIFT the City. Designed to support the post pandemic recovery of London’s Square Mile, and in partnership with City of London Corporation, over the next few years LIFT will bring performances, interventions, talks, outdoor events, workplace wellbeing and LIFT festival 2024 to thousands of workers, residents and visitors in the City of London from September.

The Making of Pinocchio returned to Battersea Arts Centre after completing a successful world tour. Artists Cade and MacAskill returned to London with their latest version of this heartwarming show, first premiered in LIFT 22.

Bat Brunch Lab was in a research and development stage with the co-designers of the project, artists Kuang-Yi Ku (Taipei/Eindhoven) and Robert Johnson (London). This later went on to be called Bat Banquet, and finally Bat Night Market in LIFT 2024, staged at Science Gallery London.

This early workshop tested out some of the food concepts ahead of the piece, and featured lectures by Professor Lucy Di Silvio, journalist and writer Angela Hui and Dr Gemma Bowsher.
